What are your hours?

How long will therapy take?

Therapy is unique to each individual. There is no set timeline—it’s a process tailored to your goals and needs. Trust the journey, and together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress.

How is therapy different from coaching?

Therapy is conducted by licensed professionals who adhere to strict regulations and professional standards. It goes beyond goal-setting to address the deeper connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapy helps you unpack past experiences, identify patterns, and build tools for lasting growth. While coaching has its place, it does not replace the depth and regulation of therapy.
