Meet Ebony

Ebony is a licensed clinician with eight years of post-licensure experience specializing in anxiety, burnout, depression, stress management, trauma, grief or loss, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem, and parenting. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). 1 Ebony offers telehealth services and has worked with numerous K-12 educators and school administrators since becoming licensed, and prior to licensure, she worked in school settings as a case manager collaborating with teachers and administrators. 2 She is passionate about helping individuals heal from past wounds, develop healthier coping strategies, and overcome mental blocks, including challenges related to childhood trauma, academic performance, and relationship issues. 1 Ebony accepts self-pay clients, maintains professional liability insurance, provides HIPAA-compliant services, and offers sessions during non-traditional hours. She is interested in joining the Tended Collective to gain referrals and host virtual workshops.
