Jomani is a licensed clinician in both Washington D.C. and Maryland, with five years of post-licensure experience. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, and self-esteem issues, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also offers culturally sensitive therapy with a focus on cultural and systemic oppression. Having worked with K-12 educators, Jomani has a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face. She has collaborated with school staff on program implementation, professional development, and student needs, developing expertise in creating inclusive learning environments and supporting educators with curriculum development, behavioral interventions, and family engagement. Her interest in supporting educators stems from a belief that educator well-being is crucial for student success and a healthy education system. She is passionate about providing educators with the resources and support to prioritize their mental health, ultimately benefiting students and communities.
