Initial Intake Session

Ongoing Sessions
$100-$150 out of pocket or $20-$30 co-pay for insurance (45-60 minutes)

Therapy rates vary by individual therapists within the Tended Collective. However, you can expect to receive a good faith estimate during your initial consultation. If you are paying out of pocket and do not have insurance (or are out of network), you may pay between $100–$150 per session. Therapists may require a co-pay for clients using insurance, ranging between $20–$30 per session.
All fees are paid directly to the therapist at the time of service.

Many of the therapists at Tended Collective are partnered with major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, among others. Insurance coverage varies by therapist, so we encourage you to confirm directly with your chosen therapist during your consultation. They can help clarify what is covered and what co-pays or out-of-pocket expenses may apply.

  • Cancellation policies vary by individual therapist. Typically, therapists require at least 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without a fee. Specific details will be provided during your consultation with your chosen therapist.

  • Some therapists within Tended Collective may offer a sliding scale to accommodate clients with financial constraints. We recommend discussing this option directly with your therapist during your consultation.

  • Therapists at Tended Collective accept various forms of payment, including credit or debit cards. Rates are paid directly to the therapist. For insurance clients, co-pays are typically required, while out-of-pocket rates range from $100 to $150 per session. Please confirm payment methods and policies with your selected therapist.
